This year I have set about creating a toddler approved recipe with a fruit or vegetable that I do not usually use. This helps me eat seasonally, encourage new exposures to fruits and vegetables for my family and gives me a vocabulary extension project to do with my toddler. Here are 5 of my fave’s!
