Afternoon tea for Halloween is complete with this dip that suits crackers and vegetables.

Serves: 250g
  • 1 cup black beans (cooked)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 5 roasted and peeled baby eggplants
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  1. Put all of the ingredients in the food processor.
  2. Blitz and check the consistency. Add more olive oil to your liking if the mix is a little too dry.
