Almond and Banana Biscuits

A tasty grain free & egg free small batch of biscuits. They are easy to throw together and great for adding wonderful nut nutrients to the diet.

  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Ripe Banana, Mashed
  • Pinch of Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 100g Almond Meal
  1. Cream together 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp coconut oil and 2 tbsp brown sugar.
  2. Add mashed banana, pinch of cinnamon, 1 tsp baking powder and dash of vanilla.
  3. Stir through (gradually) 100g almond meal.
  4. Form biscuits and place on lined baking tray in a moderate oven for 15 mins.
  5. Wait until cooled to move from the tray.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
