Ellie decided that at episode 11, it was time to show you her beverage making skills! Here we were on the Play with Food Facebook page making some strawberry milkshakes. These are a delicious and super easy recipe to make with toddlers and preschoolers.
It’s been a year since I posted this step-by-step idea for making a smoothie a sensory experience for fussy kids and almost a year since I discussed the ins and outs of milk consumption for children too. So, it’s about time we devoted some love on the blog again to the dairy food group. Do you have any questions about dairy?
